Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Please specify if you would like to use: UPS, FED EX, or USPS with your order. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam nor Alaska. These addresses will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation number. UPS shipments may require a signature if there is not a secure location for the driver to leave the package. UPS does not deliver on weekends nor holidays.

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive another e-mail including delivery confirmation number on the day of shipping which will enable you to track your package at www.ups.com or www.usps.com. A $4.95 fee will be imposed for any shipment sent back to us marked "refused" or "return to sender."

State tax will be added to the sales price if you live in the State of California and do not have a resale certificate. We are not responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our products have a 100% Gaurantee from manufacturing defects or flaws and are refundable within the first 30 days from date of purchase, excluding shipping. If you would like to return an item please send an e-mail to: customerservice@burnbgone.com to get a RGA#(Return Goods Authorization number). Include your order number and date of purchase in your e-mail. Please include your RGA#, unopened product, a copy of your order invoice, and a brief description of the reason for the return. Your original method of payment will be credited within 72 hours of receipt of return, less shipping. Orders cancelled before shipment have no charge; however orders cancelled after shipment must follow return goods authorization policy.
